Reservation Information

    We begin accepting reservations BY MAIL ONLY on the following dates:
    • Requests for Apr., May & June of the following year will be accepted by mail starting October 1st of the current year.
    • Requests for July of the following year will be accepted by mail starting November 1st of the current year.
    • Requests for Aug., Sept., & Oct. of the following year will be accepted by mail starting December 1st of the current year.

    Phone-in reservations for the upcoming season are accepted starting the first Monday in January.


    Reservations are not required. Drop-ins are always welcome when space is available! However, we highly recommend making a reservation, as demand is often high.



    To Make a Reservation

    • Print out, complete, and mail us a reservation request form, or call our office at 509-632-5291 (see dates above).
    • Use separate form or include complete reservation information for each individual unit/family. Priority is given to requests with complete information. Incomplete information will delay processing of your request.
    • Include one night's rent as deposit with each request. Balance including sales tax due on arrival.
    • Indicate special requests including guests you would like to be near. We try to honor them, however, due to competing requests, we cannot guarantee specific cabin or site numbers!
    • Minimum reservation: 2 nights, 3 on holidays.
    • Please check your calendar and reserve ONLY those accommodations you will use. Holding extra space denies others the chance to visit Sun Lakes!




    You Will Receive a Confirmation

    • Please open it immediately and check it carefully and notify us immediately of any changes or errors.
    • Please present confirmation upon arrival.




    To Change or Cancel a Reservation

    • To cancel, shorten, or change your stay, please call immediately upon change of plans.
    • You must call us at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to prevent loss of deposit
    • NO DROPPED NIGHTS ALLOWED ON ARRIVAL.
    • $10.00 fee for any RV Park cancellation
    • $25.00 fee for any Cabin cancellation
