Reservation Information
    We begin accepting reservations BY MAIL ONLY for our upcoming season on the first of the year (January 1st). Phone-in reservations are accepted after February 1st.


    Reservations are not required. Drop-ins are always welcome when space is available! However, we highly recommend making a reservation, as demand is often high.



    To Make a Reservation

    • Print out, complete, and mail us a reservation request form, or call our office after Feb. 1st at 509-632-5291.
    • Please reserve early! We process reservations in the order receieved and cannot fill all requests.
    • Name, address, and complete information is required to complete your request.
    • Minimum reservation of 2 nights, 3 nights on holidays.
    • When making multiple requests, include complete information for each family on an additional form.
    • A deposit of one night must accompany each request. Please include check, money order, or credit card information. Balance including sales tax is due on arrival.
    • We will contact you to discuss alternate dates or accommodations if we cannot fill your reservation.
    • Please indicate any special requests. We will try to honor your request, however, due to booking priorities and competing requests, we cannot guarantee specific cabin or site numbers!
    • You will receive a confirmation. Please open it immediately and check it carefully and notify us immediately of any changes or errors.
    • Please hold only those accommodations and dates you will use. Holding extra space denies others the chance to visit Sun Lakes!



    To Change or Cancel a Reservation
    • You can contact our friendly reservation staff after February 1st by calling 509-632-5291.
    • To cancel, change, or shorten your stay from June 21st through September 3rd, and all holidays, we are unable to refund your deposit unless we can re-rent ALL your cancelled nights. The more notice we have, the better chance we have to fill your space. Call as soon as you are aware of changes that need to be made.
    • To cancel, change, or shorten your stay planned for any other dates, call a miniumum of 14 days prior to scheduled arrival to prevent loss of deposit.
    • There is a $10.00 processing fee for all cancellations.
    • To extend your stay, please call as soon as possible to confirm space availability. Space fills rapidly, be sure to call as early as possible if you'd like additional nights.
    • Please do not plan to make changes on arrival. We will hold your deposit unless we are able to re-rent your dropped nights to others. Extensions may not be possible on arrival due to lack of space availability.
